  1. What am I doing to cause this situation?
  2. Are my emotions healthy and appropriate?
  3. What am I telling myself?
  4. What are the facts?
  5. Am I exaggerating or distorting?
  6. Are there other explanations?
  7. How likely are my worries?
  8. Whose problem is this anyway?
  9. What is the worst that can happen?
  10. Am I awfulizing?
  11. Am I taking it too personally? Too seriously?
  12. Am I downing myself of others?
  13. Am I unrealistically demanding success? Love?
  14. Do I need this or only want it?
  15. Am I babying myself? Am I sitting in my high-chair banging my spoon?
  16. Can I stand it?
  17. How can I think more realistically?
  18. Am I stewing rather than doing?
  19. What are my options?
  20. What, if anything, can I do?
