Chinese Turkey Steaks

2 servings

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 pound skinless turkey
       breast slices (steaks)

Combine ginger, mustard, honey, soy sauce, oil and garlic; let mixture stand 24 hours at room temperature.

Pour mixture over; cover and refrigerate several hours. Drain steaks and broil about 5-8 minutes on each side
