Carrot-Celery Juice

2 servings

The addition of celery alters the sweetness of the carrot juice, making it less filling, more thirst quenching, and a little tangier. Your blend should be 3 to 1 carrot to celery ratio.

  • 2 celery stalks, ends trimmed and
      leaves removed
  • 6 carrots, medium, ends trimmed

Wash vegetables well and run them through the juicer. If your carrots aren't very "juicy", add a few more
