Best Ever Banana Muffins

10 servings

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup Egg Beaters, (or 1 beaten egg)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon melted Fleischmann's
       margarine

Preheat oven at 350°.

Mash the bananas. Add the sugar and slightly beaten egg. Add melted margarine. Add the batter to dry ingredients. Spoon batter into muffin bake cups in muffin pan and bake 20 minutes
