- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 packet Splenda or Equal
- a dash or two of vanilla
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
Beat egg whites, cinnamon and Splenda with a whisk. Dip the bread slices in mixture and fry on a vegetable oiled non-stick skillet. Flip and cook on other side til browned. Serve with sugar-free syrup.
Note: This recipe depends on the size of bread slices you use. If you use smaller size slices (like Weight Watchers) the recipe will serve 2 people with 2 slices each. If you use larger slices of bread (like Orowheat Whole Wheat) you will serve only 1 person with 2 slices.
