Broiled Yam Chips

4 servings

A nice sunday afternoon snack.

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes,
       cut in 1/8-inch slices
  • 2 Tablespoons sunflower oil
  •    seasoned salt

Lightly oil a cookie sheet and arrange yam slices on cookie sheet with slices side by side, not overlapping. Brush slices with oil, sprinkle lightly with seasoning salt. Broil close to the heat for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
