Non-Fat Mashed Potatoes

You can still enjoy this old favorite without the fat calories.

  • 2 lbs Idaho potatoes, peeled and large diced
  • 3/4 cup evaporated skim milk, or skim milk
  •    salt and pepper, to taste
  •    Butter Buds or Molly McButter

Place potatoes in a medium-sized saucepan. Cover with water. Boil, covered, for 10-20 minutes or until tender.

Drain potatoes and mash with potato masher. Beat in with a wire whisk the milk, butter substitues, salt and pepper.
