Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

2 servings

  • 1 pound red potato, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • salt to taste

Preheat oven to 400°.

Put quartered potatoes in a small bowl and drizzle oil over them. Salt and sprinkle rosemary over them and mix thoroughly. Pour into a non-stick baking sheet and bake at 375° for 50 minutes.

Double everything for 4 servings
