Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

  • 1 pound baby carrots, scraped
  • 2 Tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 3-4 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Steam carrots 10-12 minutes; drain well.

Meanwhile, melt margarine in a non-stick skillet; stir in honey and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add drained carrots; cook and stir for 2 minutes more until glazed.
