Egg White Sandwich

You'll never miss the yolks!

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 thin slice Danola ham
  • 1 slice 2% Kraft American cheese
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread

Put a little butter into a small skillet. Pour in the egg whites and sprinkle with cut-up ham; cook until done on one side.

Turn over egg/ham mixture then sprinkle with cut-up cheese; cook until done on second side.

Slide egg mixture onto one slice of bread; spread on a bit of catsup; top with other slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy.
