- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 oz low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons French's mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Combine all ingredients. Marinade chicken tenders for a few hours then grill on your Foreman grill for 5 minutes.
Marinade is good for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders.
