Honey & Ginger Glazed Salmon

4 servings 

  • 4 6oz salmon filets
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger-root

Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil and grated ginger in a bowl.

Place salmon filets on a shallow bowl/plate and pour the honey & ginger mixture over it. Marinate for 10 minutes then turn over and marinate for another 10 minutes (best done in the refrigerator).

Cover broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable cooking spray. Place salmon filets on foil and place under broiler about 5 minutes on each side until done. Serve.

(Use same marinade ingredients even when making 1 or 2 servings)
