Baked Lemon Cod

2 servings

  • 16 oz Cod
  •   2 Tablespoons olive oil
  •   2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  •      paprika (to taste)

Preheat oven to 400°.

Put cod on a sprayed baking sheet; coat with olive oil then lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover pan with aluminium foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
