Buffalo Burgers

Buffalo is the perfect alternative to beef, which is higher in fat content. Once you sink your teeth into one of these buffalo burgers, you will barely know the difference.

  • 1 lb lean ground buffalo meat
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  •     pinch cayenne pepper
  •     Salt to taste

Combine ingredients and shape into 4 patties. Put into your Foreman grill and cook for about 6 minutes or stovetop for about 5 minutes on each side.

Eat as is or you can serve in a burger bun with condiments.
