Ultimate Veggie Burger

4 servings   

  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 2 fl. ounces Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushroom
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  •    freshly grated parmesan cheese,
       (to taste)
  •    sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Let stand for a few minutes until mix thickens slightly. Form into patties, and fry or bake on a nonstick griddle or pan.
