Salmon Salad Wrap

1 serving

  • 7.5oz can Bumble Bee Red Salmon
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon capers
  •   Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 large (70g) whole wheat tortilla

Mix up the first 5 items, chill. Put lettuce on tortilla, top with salmon salad then fold over end and roll up. Enjoy.
